Serena Tan is a partner of Morrison & Foerster (International) LLP, based in the Hong Kong office. She focuses on the private equity investment funds practice in Asia. She represents a wide range of sponsors and investors in the formation, structuring and related activities of buyout funds, growth capital funds, venture capital funds, co-investment vehicles, and other alternative investment funds.

Ms. Tan also advises fund sponsors regarding carried interest plans, joint venture arrangements, and related internal governance matters.

Ms. Tan has nearly 10 years of experience advising on fund and corporate matters in China and the United States. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked in the Hong Kong, New York, Beijing and Shanghai offices of other leading international law firms.
