MoFo Partners Ruti Smithline and James Koukios Discuss Key Developments at ACI's 39th International Conference on the FCPA

MoFo partners Ruti Smithline and James Koukios are serving as speakers at ACI's 39th International Conference on the FCPA. Ruti will be speaking on a panel entitled, “The Intended (and Unintended) Consequences of Compliance Program Certification: Unpacking the Future of the Compliance Function, and What is 'Reasonably Designed',” which will address the real-world impact of the DOJ's expansion of the enforcement process and what it now takes for your program to be "reasonably designed."
