MoFo Advises Visa Inc. on Strategic Investment in Interswitch

Morrison & Foerster is advising Visa Inc., the world leader in digital payments, in connection with its acquisition of a minority equity stake in Interswitch Limited, a leading Africa-focused integrated electronic payments and ecommerce company. The acquisition and underlying partnership will make Interswitch one of the few “unicorn” FinTech companies in Africa and further advance the digital payments ecosystem across the continent.
