DOJ Antitrust Trial Setbacks Could Prompt Soul-Searching

Lisa Phelan spoke to Law360 about how several recent trial losses for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division are causing experts to question whether the department is overstretched.

“They may be out over their skins in terms of the number of trials going on at the same time,” Lisa said. “Unfortunately, some less experienced folks may be in over their heads at times. I think they need to pause and reflect on that.”
