The American Lawyer’s Diversity Scorecard

The American Lawyer recognized the firm as a top 10 firm on the 2017 Diversity Scorecard, an annual survey that ranks law firms according to their percentage of racially and ethnically diverse lawyers and partners. MoFo has placed in the top 15 every year since 2001.


Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley

The firm was honored with the association’s 2011 Law Firm Diversity Award, making us the second law firm to ever receive this honor.


Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom

The nation’s oldest and largest bar association of LGBT persons in the field of law awarded its 2012 Legal Service Award to the firm for our demonstrated commitment to LGBT equality.


Bay Area Workplace Diversity Award

In 2011, MoFo was recognized for promoting equality in the workplace for LGBT employees.


Black Solicitors Network

MoFo won the Retaining Talent Award at the 2012 UK Legal Diversity Awards for its improved reduced hours policy and commitment to flexible schedules for working parents.

In 2017, Chambers honored MoFo as Law Firm of the Year for Promoting Flexible Working Environments and Innovative Programs for Mothers. We were recognized in 2015 as having the Most Valuable Mentoring Program for Women Lawyers.
